Cobblemon Origins Store: Terms of Sale

These terms cover purchases on the Cobblemon Origins Store (the "store") for the Cobblemon Origins Minecraft server (the "server"). By buying from the store you agree to them, and to Tebex's own terms, which are shown at checkout.

1. Who sells to you

The store runs on Tebex. Tebex is the reseller and merchant of record for every purchase: Tebex takes your payment, issues your receipt, charges any sales tax or VAT, and handles refunds and payment disputes under its own terms. The server team licenses the in-game content to Tebex and delivers it on the server.

2. What you buy

• Purchases are virtual, in-game items and perks for the server: ranks, the battle pass premium track, shiny boosts, shiny tokens and crate keys.
• Virtual items have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money, sold or transferred outside the game, and are not your property.
• Crate keys open crates in game. Every crate shows each reward and its odds before you open it.
• Prices are shown in the store at the time of purchase. A sale price is shown only while a sale is actually running in Tebex.

3. Delivery

• Log in with your Minecraft Java username. Items are delivered to that player.
• You must be online on the server for delivery. Delivery usually happens within a few minutes of a confirmed payment.
• Keys, tokens and boosts go to your /locker, where you use them in your own time. Ranks apply on purchase and show in chat and the tab list from your next join.
• If something has not arrived after 30 minutes online, contact the server staff with your transaction id.

4. All sales are final

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where the law in your country gives you a right to a refund. This includes items you have used, opened or redeemed, and ranks or perks lost through a ban for breaking the server rules.

5. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us removes the purchases involved (ranks, the premium track and unused locker items) and bans you from the store and the server. Items or Pokémon already used or traded cannot be returned and stay subject to the ban.

6. Changes to the game

The server is a game that changes over time. We may rebalance, rename or retire items, perks, crates or seasons. A battle pass premium track lasts for the season it was bought in. We do not owe compensation for game changes, except where the law requires it.

7. Conduct

Store purchases do not exempt anyone from the server rules. Staff may remove items obtained through bugs, duplication or abuse.

8. Not affiliated

Cobblemon Origins is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang, Microsoft, Nintendo, Game Freak or The Pokémon Company. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang. Pokémon is a trademark of Nintendo, Game Freak and The Pokémon Company.
